Table
Shows records as rows and keeps the ones that match what you type. You choose the words and columns; the records decide what matches.
| Port | Side | What it carries |
|---|---|---|
transactions | invoices | In | The records to show and search — transactions or invoices. |
filtered | Out | The records that match your search — all of them while the search is empty. |
What you choose
What you are looking for. Type in the box at the top of the card and only matching records are
kept. The search looks at the columns you can see, ignores upper and lower case, and takes * as
"anything here": skatt* finds Skatteverket and skatteinbetalning alike.
Which columns show, in which order and sorted how, is chosen on the column headers. Hiding a column also takes it out of the search.
What Fluidly decides
- The starting view. Newest first when the records are dated. A bank statement shows the amounts and hides the running balance; turn it on when you want it.
- The cut. Only whole records are kept or left out; no number changes its meaning. Running balances on each side are recalculated from the records' own opening balance.
An empty search passes everything. A search that matches nothing passes nothing on.
Grouping
Open a column's header to group by it: one heading per value, with its records beneath and its totals beside it. Dates group by day, week, month, quarter or year. Choose Across instead of Rows and the values become columns — months along the top, counterparties down the side.
Grouping changes how the table reads, not what it sends on. The outputs always carry the plain records.
Example
Bank Account → Table → Timeline, searching Skatteverket: every tax payment, and on the
Timeline, when in the year they fall.
